Energy is Capability to do work or Process.

In The All System, The Summary of Total Energy is always Static in every dot of Time Line.

so :

b : at after the Process

Code that some accumulation can be claimed as Energy, it must have owner, because energy is a Capability.

This regularity is the key to the discovery of many Science Formula & discovery of many Science Constanta.

The Code that must be followed that Energy is a Capability so It must have an owner.

To accomplish this , it must follow the code

So to make Sum all total Energy in All total system (before) is the same as after, The Value of the owner before and after is the same = One.

And this condition must be happen all the time as a term or a code for Conservation Energy Law , so the owner in all every room, systems, in all the time (time in this universe plus time in room before this universe, or we can say whole time line).

Without the existence of the owner of All Energy, some value can not be claimed as Energy , because energy is a form of Capability. It must have an Owner of the Capability.

So every formula Science about all Process in this modern Science, because there are Codes Al Gorythm that makes all of think in every room and every universe in total all system. In other words , there certainly All those Codes Al Gorythm are depending to the condition of owner that the summary of the Owner (X)  must in "Always One" condition  .

So to maintain all formula Science that was discovered by studyng the Code Al Gorythm in Process and object, the rule of Conservation Of Energy must be achieved or maintened and it happens because The Owner of Total Energy in All System must certainly "Exist" and "Always One.

In other Word : The existence of The Owner of Total Energy in All System must always One in all time, that we can say the Subject as " The Eternally One".

Automatically we know that

The Always One, with the condition Always One , automatically maintains all of process , all Room and system & codes Al Gorythm in all process and all things , and also maintains all

Science & Formula Science in Human Knowledge.

Who is The Always One?

In Surah Al Ikhlas , Al Qur'an Al Hakim of Religion of Islam, The Always One existance, has been informed to Mankind. The Always One, He is Allah.

The Science that learns the step of Process (mechanism) , it's called as Mechanica. Mechanica always connect to the Science of Energy because Energy is Capability to do Process.

Mechanica is from the name of the born place of The Grand Great Teacher who inform and teaching people this (Mechanica) with and such as Al Gorythm Code, and The belief of the Existance of "Code Al Gorythm" in all things, about Energy always with its Owner "The Always One", and also teaching Al Gebra & Al Gorythm system for every cases with so many Mathematic model in Many Cases. The Fourth World Geothermal Congress in Bali as an opportunity for the world to know Indonesian Policy on the price of Indonesia’s geothermal electricity (Indonesian was represented by INAGA or The Indonesian Geothermal Association). The five days congress attended by 2500 delegates from 80 countries included Iceland which 95% energy suplly for this country from Geothermal. Indonesia is the fourth position in the world of Geothermal after Philippines, USA and Mexico (in Producer of geothermal energy mix right now the highest held by Iceland.The Indonesian regulation form from Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources no. 32 dated December 4^th 2009. At this Congress Indonesia launched 3997 Mw from 10.000 Mw (phase II) in 44 new areas which are planned to be all operated at 2014.

The Potentials of Geothermal Energy in Indonesia are about 27.000 Mw (about 40 percent of world potentials) but the development of geothermal power plant only reach 4 percent from Indonesian potentials.

Government of Indonesian it self has been serious in developing this part. Many number of regulation has issued :

• Law no. 27 of 2003
• Government Regulation no.59 2007
• Presidential Regulation no.5 of 2006
• Standart price issue EMR Minister regulation no.14 of 2008 and no.5 of 2009

In fact the development of 3977 Mw project will need US$ 13 Billion investation fund. The geothermal at least US$90 per ton if geothermal wants to compete with coal.

The Benefit of geothermal resources for Indonesia are :

1. 40 % of Geothermal of the world in Indonesia (WGC sources)
2. Free form oil/fossil energy price fluctuation.
3. Weather, transportation and loading station doesnot have many effect in the geothermal operation.

In Lampung Geothermal Projects as Power Plant has been exploited in Rajabasa (2x110 Mw) and Ulubelu 3&4 (2x55 Mw). The Geothermal work area to be tender at 2010 in Gn. Rajabasa South Lampung about 91 Mw (in 19520 Ha) and Suoh Skincau West Lampung about 230 Mw (in 33333 Ha). In Indonesia the biggest reserve possible for tender status, Dec 09 is on Liki Pinangawan Muaralaboh (South Solok) about 400 Mw in 62300 Ha (in Phase II by PT. Supreme energy). Last Indonesia target in 2025 is to prodece 9500 Mw Geothermal electricity.

For this advertising model star, the meaning of New-year (2009-2010) she did not spend in glamour party but by imagined how to achieve better achievement in the next year.
As a celebrity, this beauty girl which born on august 26th 1983 right now in top level career.

Even in tired condition and very sleepy, Luna still acted as professional. When in front of the camera, her face sinny and ready to action. “what ever my body condition, work time must be a work time,” said this 174 cm body tall and weight about 54 kg.

Conversating about dream target, being the woman which is famous by her creation is the biggest dream of Luna this time. To achieve her dream, she has a big plan in behind the screen.

“I’ve began to think what I want to do next year, if I can not exist in entertainment, people still want to know Luna trough my creation". One of it probably work behind the screen. Hopely it can be realizing next year.

When she told about her child age story, she took silent for a while. This condition acceptable because she lost her father when she was 12 years old. Lost her hero character, put little Luna became strength kid. When she has a problem, she intend to solve it by herself. Because of Her strength and brave, she went to Jakarta at 16 years old, participated in a teenage magazine cover competition.

“”Live dependselfable creates a strength character and thought in every condition. If I can not defend my self and responsible, who will do it? I’ve try not to become a load for my family, event I can not release myconnection from them. The point is I must success and try still dependselfable in my life,” said this Denpasar girl.


When asked about Earth Gas as an alternative energy, Luna wished the earth gas consumption can reduce any environmental problem, such as glass house effect problem, acid rain, smog, solid contaminant, and water pollution. According to Luna, earth gas become an important of energy resources from other energy resources. It causing earth gas become an important fuel for electricity generator., and basically earth gas produce electricity with competitive price, said Luna when she ended the conversation.

Information of West Lampung Mine and Energy Resources

West Lampung has many potential mine and energi resources, include oil, gold, silver, copper, basalt, sand, iron sand, andesit, perlit and sand stone. IThere are also hydro power resources utilized for power plant i.e. Besai Hydro Power Plant, begun operation on March 31, 2001, and it's capacity totally about 2 x 45 MW and produces about 402 GWh per year.

This Regional potentials considered large in Subdistrict Suoh, from Class A (Strategic) Mining until The C Class (Public Mining).
The effectivity of utilizing this potential will significantly give large contribution to Lampung Barat development. In Pertamina database recorded that Geothermal in Subdistrict Suoh contains large amount of reserve and estimated to be able to support the electric energy deman for Lampung.
Ofcourse, an intensive coordination will be required with associated department and center government.

This energy resource is surely as high capital investment, especially for electric power plant. But we must remember, it locates near by National Park, and hence very sensitvely needs a serious care on environment impact because the main function of this national park is to maintain the lower course.
Various mining prospects generally descripted are as follows:

Geothermal Potential Suoh Geothermal is high enough which can be used as electric supplier for Province Lampung. Indication of this potential energy showed by a lot of gaseous wells such as fumarol/solfatar and hot mudhole up to 95 celcius. In Pertamina Exploration data (1994), estimated electric energy which can be produced from these wells is up to 300 MWe. Ofcourse this data, shows this geothermal potential in Suoh surely considered large amount.

	Gold Gold mineral located at hills surrounds Suoh, about south west at the border area with Tanggamus. This mineral is contained in Granite. according to the size of hills formation, this potential deposite considered has alarge gold (but has not yet approximately counted in exact economicaly count). It just approximatelly count by size of the quartz suture.
In addition, other locations such as Pesisir Utara, Pesisir Tengah and Pesisir Selatan are considered to have gold potential.

Silver The silver mineral is also located at the same location as gold, due to formation of gold and silver occured on the same stone formation as granite. In other word this mineral genesis formed association with gold.

Tuffa, Sand and Stone

The C class material or public quarry is considered large and currently utilized by local people without the need of using high technology. These materials are usually used as building materials and formed from volcano sediment. Tuffa is also currently utilized by local people for making brick.

Iron Sand This material mine are formed as sediment carried by stream or water movement and usually containing with mineral such as magnetit, hematite, limenit and other minerals. Iron sand sedimentation usually locates at coastal area, river sediment, and lake.

Diatomea Soil

This material genesis are formed from trace of diatomea, radiolaria, and algae. Physically, this material caractheristic are brownish white, fatigue, contains cavities, and when it dries, it floats on water.
This material is used for :
Filler in ceramics industry, heat isolation industry and sound.
Filter in sugar industry and oil company.

Mixer materials for concrete and building materials, catalisator carrier, water glass, ultramarine, lighter and matches, etc.

In Department of Mining and Energy Province Lampung in "Book of Information and Potential of Mining and Energy Province Lampung", this mining material in Province Lampung, only locates in Lampung Barat, Subdistricts Sumber Jaya, Villages Sukajaya and Sukapura.

Pertamina Geothermal Produced 10 MWe Geothermal in Lampung Site

Bandar Lampung - PT Pertamina Geothermal Energy (PGE) has been produced geothermal electric power on 10 MWe from well production test UBL 3, villages Ulubelu, Tanggamus District, Lampung Province Wednesday November 19th 2008.

This production is one of their first step plan to developing geothermal industry in this area, where this site aproximately has potensial reach about 300 MWe.This Well (UBL 3) is one of 15 wells at Ulubelu Region to produce electric suply untill 2×55 MWe.

For the first step PT PGE will suply geothermal power to PT PLN Power Plan at PLTP unit 1 & 2. The next step project will be totaly controled by PT PGE.

UBL 3 Well has dip direction well about 2320 mku (meter size dip), temperature reservoir 260 °C with resevoar type dominated by water. Drilling for this well begun on March 31th 08 and finish on May 31th 2008, by using local expert.

PT PGE is amember company under PT Pertamina (persero) with their bussines in Management of Geothermal Energy.PT PGE produced electric about 252 MWe from Kamojang geothermalfield, Lahendong, Sibayak. Today PT PGE has been exploring in many region such as Lumut Balai (South Sumatra), HuluLais (Bengkulu), Sungai Penuh (Jambi). Expecting target in 5 year ahead PT PGE will produce 800 MWe.
